The nearest beach starts about 700m from the house, which takes a 10-minute walk.

Bribir coast beach - 700m from the villa- along the 1300 meters of Obala Petra Krešimira IV. stretches the urban promenade beach of mixed type – pebbly, natural (rocks), and concrete. It is partly romantic and suitable for couples. It is also ideal for families with children, people with disabilities, and recreational athletes. It is rich with gastronomic offers and can be accessed by car (during summer months, parking is paid). It is equipped with urban and modern equipment and is especially attractive to recreationists.

Lišanj beach is partly concrete, partly pebble and sand and is the holder of the Blue Flag. It is adapted for children and suitable for entertainment during the evening. There is a paid parking lot nearby (Lukavice and Glavica).

ARRIVAL DIRECTIONS

To reach our property, leave the A1 motorway at the Bosiljevo II exit and take A6 motorway. Leave the A6 motorway at the Oštrovica exit and continue by D501 road towards Bakrac. Take the A7 motorway and keep driving E65 road (Jadranska magistrala) until you reach Novi Vinodolski.
