Step out from the living room into your private garden oasis, where part of the space is a covered terrace with tiled flooring, and the rest is beautifully lined with artificial grass. Garden access is also possible directly from the parking area for extra ease.

BEACHES

The nearest beach is just 30 meters from the property in a straight line. It is a large bay with warm water, a gentle slope into the sea, and a sandy bottom. The shoreline is mostly flat, partly covered with a concrete path and locally sandy.

In fact, the entire coastline of the village is used for beaches. Privlaka is renowned for its sandy coastline, and the unique characteristics of these beaches—with shallow, quickly warming waters—allow for swimming well before and after the main tourist season.

To reach our property, exit the A1 motorway at the Zadar I exit (Zadar zapad) and head for Privlaka/Vir.
