CROWONDER Zadar Old Town Apartment

Its location guarantees to be in the centre of all activities that take place in the city during summer. Sightseeing, exploring narrow stone streets, unforgettable sunsets, long walks along the seashore, sunbathing, swimming in Adriatic, resting in the shade of old majestic plane trees, discovering dalmatian kitchen, having fun in one of the open-air nightclubs and much much more things that you can enjoy during your stay.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the tenement house in the pedestrian zone of the old town.

40 m² of living area includes an air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, one comfortable air-conditioned bedroom and one bathroom with a shower.

Cosy bedroom is equipped with a large double bed (180x200), while additional sleeping places are available in the living room thank to a sofa bed for two people.

The nearest beach called Kolovare is 900m far from the apartment so it can be easily reached by walk. This beach has mostly pebble shore and sea bottom. In places, there are concrete edges like a swimming pool or piers. The water gradually gets deep. On the coast, you can hide from the sun in the natural shade of trees.

NEAREST RESTAURANTS, CAFE BARS AND GROCERIES

The nearest restaurant and cafe bar is right next to the apartment, it can be seen from the window. There is a bakery about 60m and a grocery about 100m away.

There are a lot of restaurants and other dining options in the old town. Most of them offer a daily menu which is usually cheaper but just as delicious as dishes from the regular menu. You can choose between gastronomic points of different ranges. We mention only a few of them - choose your favourite one.

ARRIVAL DIRECTIONS

You can easily reach our apartment travelling by:

PLANE

Take a flight to Zadar Airport in Zemunik - take an airport bus to the city centre (about 15min drive) - walk from the bus stop to the apartment (about 650m). You can also call a taxi that can take you up to 100m from the apartment.

CAR

Leave the A1 motorway at the Zadar I exit (Zadar zapad) and head for Zadar- centar.

Remember that the apartment is in the pedestrian zone so it is impossible to reach it by car. When you get close to the destination you can leave your car:

• at one of the public parking places which are available along the city streets - Zona 2 (15.06-31.08 it costs 10 HRK per hour or 140 HRK per day / 01-30.09 it costs 4 HRK per hour or 56 HRK per day)
• at the large public parking Ravnice which is about 500m far from the apartment (15.06-30.09 it costs 2 HRK per hour or 28 HRK per day)
